ProblemData entry
A customer fills in a form or sends a PDF, and someone at your place types it all in again: names, addresses, line items, quantities, dates. Field by field, into the software you already work with. It's tedious, and sooner or later a typo slips in.
Applications, orders, delivery notes, questionnaires, contracts: most of it arrives as a PDF, scan or paper form, each laid out a little differently. Someone copies the details into your software by hand and checks along the way that nothing is missing.
The work comes in every day. When things get busy it waits, just as customers are waiting for a confirmation. And a transposed digit in an address or a quantity often only shows up when a delivery is wrong or a letter comes back.

Tax return questionnaires and staff data sheets for payroll: the system reads them, checks they're complete and enters the details in your software. If something's missing, you see it straight away.
Read moreDelivery notes and order confirmations from your suppliers are read and matched against your order. Items and quantities land on the right job, and you spot any differences before the invoice arrives.
Read moreThe system picks out parties, dates and deadlines from contracts, powers of attorney and engagement forms and prepares them for your case management system. A person confirms every deadline before it goes into the calendar.
Read moreApplications for a flat arrive as PDFs, scans or photos. The system reads them, flags missing papers such as the extract from the debt collection register and lays the applications side by side. Whoever gets the flat is already in your management software.
Read moreYou tell us how the work runs today. We'll tell you honestly whether AI is worth it for you, and where.
We sit down with the people who do the work and go through it step by step: where the information comes from, where time gets lost, which rules apply.
We build a first version with your templates and data and try it on real cases from this week. Your team decides whether it's any good.
We build the solution for you, or your team learns with us to run and improve it themselves.
Printed PDFs and forms, usually yes. Handwriting and poor scans, not always. Forms with a fixed layout often don't need AI at all. AI comes in where every document looks different. In the pilot we test on your own documents what works reliably.
At first, a person confirms every record before it goes into your software. Once you can see it's right, you decide what goes straight in and what someone keeps checking, such as amounts or deadlines.
We put the data into the programs you use today. Where there's no direct connection, an import often does the job. We'll work out the right route in the workflow audit.
Forms and contracts almost always contain personal data. So we choose providers and hosting with you in a way that lets you meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and keeps your documents from training anyone else's models, and we write down which data goes where.
In 30 minutes we'll look at which documents get typed in at your place and which of them a system could take over.
